Why it works
The simple idea of increased achievement is captured in the vertical bars extending from the word “goal.”
What I would like to change
This cut of Futura is a little fiddly in the way that the tail of the “g” surpasses it’s own bowl as it extends to the left in the light-weight “manager.” The “o” in the black-weight “goal” is noticeably out of round. The light “r” is weak, and needs some more length to not visually turn into an “i” in the face of “.com.” All of these could, in retrospect, be manually adjusted without too much trouble. Of course, why be beautiful when you can be interesting ?
